Welcome to gRo, where grassroots organizing meets transformative change. gRo, derived from grassroots organizing, is a dynamic consultancy firm led by a passionate team of four women with half a century of combined experience. At gRo, we specialize in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Justice (DEIJ), paving the way for equitable and sustainable progress in workplaces and communities alike.
